Welcome to ClickMore! Weโ€™re dedicated to delivering your favorite home-improvement products safely and efficiently across Pakistan.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including:

  • Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and others.

  • Selected towns and rural areas through our trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx, etc.).

If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate solution.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (PKT) are usually shipped the same day, while others may be shipped the next working day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Within major cities: 2โ€“3 working days

  • Other cities/towns: 3โ€“5 working days

  • Remote areas: Up to 7 working days

โฑ Note: Delivery times may vary depending on weather, courier workload, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery: PKR 200โ€“300, depending on product size and destination.

  • Free shipping may apply on selected promotions or orders above a certain value (mentioned on product or checkout page).

  • Bulk or heavy items may include extra handling fees, which will be clearly shown at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a confirmation message via SMS or Email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partnerโ€™s website using that tracking ID.

If you face any issue, you can contact us for real-time updates.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • The courier will hand over the parcel only after receiving the payment.

  • Refusal to accept a confirmed order may result in temporary suspension of COD service for future orders.


7. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders (via Card, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.):

  • Payment is securely processed before dispatch.

  • Youโ€™ll receive an instant email confirmation of your payment and order ID.


8. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels due to stock availability from different warehouses.
You will be notified if your order is split into multiple deliveries.


9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If you receive a parcel that is damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly as per our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Change in Shipping Address

You can update your shipping address before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.


11. Delays and Exceptions

ClickMore is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

  • Courier partner operational delays

We always strive to keep you informed in case of such exceptions.
