1. Overview

2. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incomplete.

  • You received a wrong product (different model, color, or item).

  • The item is not as described on our website.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Certain items like tools, adhesives, electrical components, and customized or clearance products may not be eligible for return due to safety or hygiene concerns.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

  • Items with missing parts or visible signs of use.

  • Products purchased during special flash sales or clearance promotions (unless defective).


4. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request:

  2. Provide Proof:
    Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.

  3. Approval & Pickup:
    Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item from your address or guide you on how to return it.

  4. Inspection:
    Our quality-check team will inspect the returned item. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit (as per your preference).

  • Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchange Policy

We also offer product exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is not available, a full refund or credit voucher will be issued.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
