Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item from your address or guide you on how to return it. -
Inspection:
Our quality-check team will inspect the returned item. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit (as per your preference).

Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We also offer product exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is not available, a full refund or credit voucher will be issued.
